Thank you for your interest in getting involved with Reading in Motion and supporting our mission to ensure every child learns how to read at or above grade-level. Established in 1983, Reading in Motion’s mission is to get every at-risk student reading at or above grade level within the first years of school through the power and discipline of the arts. To accomplish its mission, Reading in Motion partners with schools and teachers to deliver a reading improvement curriculum that uses music and drama to engage students. The program has helped more than 40,000 students over the past 30 years. Your volunteerism efforts will help Reading in Motion continue and expand its vital work, focused on getting at-risk children to read.
